The project of applying polyurea coating for Hong Hac Eco-Urban Area, implemented by NewTec Group, focuses on hot spraying polyurea on XPS insulation panels placed on corrugated iron roofs. Polyurea coating was chosen for its superior insulation and waterproofing properties, helping to protect corrugated iron roofs from water intrusion and minimizing the temperature inside the building.
With a quick construction time and instant drying ability, this coating not only ensures optimal energy efficiency but also prolongs the life of the roof system. This project demonstrates NewTec Group’s commitment to providing advanced protection solutions, contributing to improving the quality and durability of modern construction works in the eco-urban area.
