Boo Waterworks

BOO Waterworks is operating with a capacity of 300,000 m3/day and night. This is a factory invested in by the Malina Water Group in Vietnam. After more than 10 years of operation, some items of the factory are degraded. NewTec has provided technological solutions for construction and repair:

• Exposed waterproofing polyurea is widely used in applications such as concrete overlays or geotextile supercoatings for secondary containment applications.
• The fast cure time of a waterproof polyurea coating allows it to be quickly applied to the prepared substrate with minimal downtime to the facility.

BOO Waterworks after 10 years of operation has deteriorated and needs repair

This has made waterproof polyurea coatings the choice of facility managers for surrounding walls and floors that store chemicals such as dilute acids (less than 15% concentration), alkalis, salts, organic solvents, and oils. Waterproof polyurea provides a strong barrier to seepage, corrosion, and spillage into the environment. In this type of application, Polyurea waterproofing easily conforms to foundations, underground structures, pipes, tanks, and exposed structures to form a complete coating.
