Regarding education, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Khai graduated from the Water Resources University and the Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, and holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering. His solid educational foundation, combining technical expertise, management skills, and foreign languages, enables him to approach work comprehensively, meeting the requirements of integration and development of the enterprise in the new context.
