5. Colors
- Base colors: Grey/blue/black/white…
- The manufacturer can supply the product in custom or custom colors (mixed to match any RAL number), but this may take additional time and cost.
- Please contact your local distributor for information on available product colors.
6. Preserving
- Part A should be tightly closed and stored indoors, in a well-ventilated area, under optimum temperature conditions (20-25°C).
- Storage at low temperatures (below 10°C) is not recommended as this may lead to crystallization: The material must be protected from frost.
- Under no circumstances should it be heated above 80°C.
- Storage at temperatures above 50°C is not recommended as this may promote the formation of insoluble solids and also increase viscosity over extended storage periods.
- Under recommended storage conditions and in properly closed containers, the components have a specified storage time of 12 months. If a component is opened and partially used, it should be stored in nitrogen or air-dried and resealed or filled into a smaller container.

8. Chemical Resistance
Each formulation of specialty Polyurethane products has varying degrees of resistance to specific chemicals. NEWTECOAT PUS-200 materials are resistant to a wide range of chemicals. The following information and technical data are representative or typical only and are not intended for specification purposes. Please contact your NEWTEC technical representative and distributor for specific advice on chemical resistance before applying these products.

10. Construction Instructions
- Introduction
– A specialized polyurethane-based paint designed for applications through a high-pressure, multi-component, heated reactor spray equipment capable of delivering separate components A and B at the spray gun at a minimum spray pressure of 2000 psi and a material temperature of 60-80°C (depending on the geographical location). The Graco multi-component reactor – USA is the first choice and a mechanical blow-off gun (air blow-off gun recommended) is often used.
– If there is any change in color or consistency of the material, the spray equipment must be shut down immediately and the problem must be corrected.
– Filters must be checked periodically to determine material blockage.
- Application Temperature
– The minimum recommended material and substrate temperature is 10°C. The maximum recommended substrate temperature is 50°C.
– The temperature range may be wider but please consult your technical representative for specific advice.
- Setting time and repainting time
– Intact paint layers or paint layers that have dried after 24 hours should be lightly sanded to remove the top oxidation layer and cleaned completely before applying the next coat. Please consult your NewTec technical representative for more detailed advice on handling the old and new paint joints.
