In our commitment to excellence, NewTec Group has invested in building a state-of-the-art factory dedicated to producing polyurea, paints, and various waterproof, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant materials. Located at Lot CN2-12, Yen Duong Industrial Cluster, Y Yen District, Nam Dinh Province (as per Investment Decision No. 260/UBND-VP5 dated April 19, 2022), this facility is the first in Vietnam to manufacture ultra-durable polyurea materials.
