Tan Hiep Waterworks has a capacity of 300,000 m³/day and night. Built and put into operation in 2004 to provide clean water to the people of Ho Chi Minh City. Most of the waterproof paint layers of sump tanks have been degraded, aged, and damaged after more than 10 years of use.
